This simple dish contains 15.5 g of protein per serving, and each serving costs $0.87. 

serving size: 1
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame, steamed (or microwaved)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • soy sauce to taste
  • ​*optional garnishes:  sesame seeds, hot sauce

Mix everything together.  Top with garnishes if you want.
